At Tiny Leaf, we take pride in making high-quality, handmade products with care and aroha. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

 

💚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

📸 Photos of the damaged item and packaging may be required.

 


🔄 Returns:

Due to the nature of our products (skincare and balms), we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind, used products, or if the seal has been broken — for hygiene reasons.
