• All prices are listed in NZD and include GST (if applicable).
• Payment must be received in full before we process your order.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment isn’t received or if the product is no longer available.

📦 Shipping & Delivery:

• We aim to process orders within 2–4 business days.
• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking info via email.
• We are not responsible for delays or lost items caused by the courier or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

• Our products are made with natural ingredients and are safe for general use, but we recommend patch testing first.
