Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a purchase option (including subscription orders or pre-orders) at any time before it has been processed for fulfilment.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you wish to make changes after this point, please contact us as soon as possible at tinyleaf.kawakawa@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.

Customers are responsible for ensuring payment details are correct at the time of purchase. Any failed or missed payments may result in delayed or paused orders until payment is completed.
